HOW IT WORKS

No awkward meet-and-greets. No fuss. Just a straightforward booking process designed entirely around your privacy — from the moment you book to the moment you arrive.
Browse & Select Your Package
Visit our booking page and choose the session that suits you — whether that's an afternoon stay, an overnight experience or a longer private hire. All sessions are exclusive to your party, with no shared access at any time.
Some networks apply adult content filters — if the booking page doesn't load, try a different browser or connection.
Pay Your Deposit & Confirm
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen date and time. Once your deposit is received your booking is confirmed and you will receive an immediate confirmation email with everything you need.
Complete Your Final Payment
Your final balance is due 48 hours before your session. You will receive a payment reminder by email. Once your final payment is received your booking is fully confirmed and your visit is locked in.
Receive Your Access Code by Text
On the morning of your stay your unique keyless access code is sent directly to your mobile number. There is no meet-and-greet — simply arrive at the venue, enter your code at the door and the space is entirely yours.

The Venue is Yours
Enter your code, step inside and the entire venue is yours exclusively. Your complimentary gift set will be waiting, the hot tub will be warm, the breakfast bar stocked, the 65" Smart TV ready and the dungeon fully equipped. Enjoy every moment.
Check Out & Depart
Please vacate the venue by your agreed check-out time and follow the simple departure checklist. Your access code expires automatically so there is nothing to hand back — just leave and go.

Common Questions
Do I need to meet anyone when I arrive?
No — the venue operates fully keyless. Your unique access code is sent by text on the morning of your stay. Simply enter the code at the door and the space is yours. No staff, no awkward introductions.
Can I extend my stay?
If you'd like to stay longer and the venue is not already booked, we will do our best to accommodate you. Contact us before your check-out time to check availability. Additional charges apply.
Is my visit completely private?
Absolutely. The venue is exclusively yours for the entire duration of your booking. External security cameras cover the outside of the building only. What happens inside is entirely your business.
Can they take my car if it's on finance?
Under the Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2013, bailiffs may only seize goods legally owned by the debtor. A vehicle on finance belongs to the finance company and cannot be seized.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 14 days before receive a full refund minus the deposit. Within 7–14 days, 50% refund. Within 3–7 days, 25% refund. Within 48 hours or no show — no refund. Full terms available on our T&Cs page.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes — you are welcome to bring your own provisions. We also provide a complimentary breakfast bar with snacks, soft drinks, tea and coffee. Opulence Lounge is literally next door for food and shisha.
Are the facilities cleaned between bookings?
Yes — all equipment and toys are thoroughly sanitized between every booking. The hot tub is also fully sanitized after each visit. Surgical wipes, latex gloves and condoms are provided for your additional comfort.
What sizes are available for the complimentary gifts?
Your robe, slippers and branded T-shirt are available in S, M, L, XL and XXL. Please reply to your booking confirmation email with your size preferences at least 48 hours before your stay.
