BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Section 01

Introduction

These Booking Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings made with Dungeon — Eyes Wide Shut ("the Venue", "we", "us", "our"), a private adult venue operating at a confidential location in London, UK. By completing a booking with us, you ("the Guest", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and the Venue. Please read them carefully before booking.

Section 02

Eligibility & Entry Requirements

◆The Venue is strictly for adults aged 18 years and over. No exceptions will be made.
◆By making a booking, you confirm that all guests named on the booking are aged 18 or over.
◆We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide valid ID may result in refusal of entry without refund.
◆The Venue operates an LGBT-friendly, inclusive and non-judgemental environment. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
◆Entry is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse entry without explanation.

Section 03

Making a Booking

Bookings can be made via our website at dungeon-eyeswideshut.co.uk. A booking is only confirmed once you have received a written booking confirmation from us, including your Booking Reference number.

◆A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date — non-refundable unless we cancel.
◆The full and final balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before your scheduled visit.
◆Failure to complete final payment within 48 hours may result in automatic cancellation without refund of the deposit.
◆Bookings are personal to the named guests and are non-transferable.

Section 04

Payment

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP). We accept payment via the methods listed on our website.

◆Deposit: Due at time of booking — non-refundable.
◆Final balance: Due 48 hours before your visit.
◆Any additional charges incurred (e.g. damage) will be invoiced separately and must be settled within 7 days.

Section 05

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@dungeon-eyeswideshut.co.uk. The date of cancellation is the date we receive your written request.

Notice Given Refund Entitlement
More than 14 days Full refund of all payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
7 – 14 days 50% refund of the total booking value, excluding the deposit.
3 – 7 days 25% refund of the total booking value, excluding the deposit.
Less than 48 hours No refund. The full booking amount is retained.
No show No refund. The full booking amount is retained.

Rescheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests made more than 72 hours in advance, subject to availability. Requests within 72 hours will be treated as a cancellation.

Late Extensions: If you wish to extend your stay spontaneously, please contact us as soon as possible to check availability. Additional charges apply and must be confirmed before any extension is agreed. Extensions are not guaranteed and are at our sole discretion.

Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event we need to cancel, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date. We are not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Section 06

Conduct & House Rules

◆Consent: All activity must be fully consensual between all parties at all times. Safe words must be respected immediately and without question.
◆Adults Only: The Venue is exclusively for guests aged 18 and over. No minors are permitted under any circumstances.
◆No External Guests: Only guests named on the confirmed booking are permitted entry. Your keyless access code must not be shared.
◆Respect the Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged in full.
◆Hygiene: All equipment is sanitized between bookings. Guests are expected to maintain high personal hygiene standards and use the hygiene products provided.
◆Used Items: Used towels and toys must be placed in the wooden laundry chest provided.
◆Hot Tub: Please replace the hot tub cover on departure to retain heat for subsequent guests.
◆Photography: Fully encouraged for personal use. All guests must give explicit consent before being filmed or photographed.
◆Check-Out: Guests must vacate by the agreed check-out time. Late departure may incur an additional charge.

Breach of any house rule may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund and, where appropriate, may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Section 07

Damage & Liability

◆Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the Venue, its equipment, furnishings or fixtures during their stay.
◆The Venue accepts no liability for personal injury or damage to personal belongings during your stay, except where caused by our negligence.
◆Guests participate in all activities entirely at their own risk.
◆Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Section 08

Privacy & Discretion

We take the privacy and discretion of our guests extremely seriously. All booking information is treated as strictly confidential and will never be shared with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

◆We will only contact you using the details provided at the time of booking.
◆Your keyless access code is unique to your booking and expires automatically after your stay.
◆Our external security system operates for the protection of guests and the property only.

Section 09

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
